SIMON MO – FASHION SCOUT
Simon Mo‘s collection was seen on the 4th day of London Fashion. In 2012 Mo graduated from Central Saint Martins with a BA Hons in womenswear, and since then has been creating amazing collections.
The show was beautiful, the colours selected made an impact on the collection. Varying from pastel to darker tones, such as red, black and yellow. Mo also had the hair stylist do the models hair all the same, he wanted scalp braids which then was tied up into a low pony tail and had an extra braid to give them a different look but not be completely different from each other. Some of looks included hats, to make the looks similar they left two pieces of hair next to the ears out, so there was still detail there.
The make-up selected for the show was also incredible, it was very vibrant and also the eyeliner was very different. All the models had the same eye make-up style but all with different colours to match their looks.
I personally think the whole collection was mesmerising but one of my favourite looks from the catwalk was the hot pink dress, it stood out as soon as it hit the catwalk.
The long coats also brought out a different aspect to the show, specifically that the colour scheme was varied, from pastel to darker colour. Everything about this collection was amazing. Well done to Simon Mo for creating such an astonishing collection.
