Earlier this month, we were invited to spend an intimate Sushi Sunday with Giraffage, otherwise known as Charlie Yin, who we interviewed last year. The setting was the beautiful Green Room, Hoxton Square.
Widely known for his futuristic sounds, playful synths and nostalgic electro-pop remixes of noughties R&B hits, Charlie Yin is also a keen foodie. Appreciating the creative artistry of both music and cuisine.
Led by Sushi Queen Keiko, the self-proclaimed ‘Evangelist of Fine Sushi, Japanese Cuisine, and Sake’, we settled in for an afternoon of prosecco as we learnt from the master how to craft the Japanese delicacy.
