The jewel in Manchester’s party crown, The Warehouse Project has been running since 2006 and never fails to bring the biggest & most exciting names in music to the UK city every autumn and winter.  This year the series has moved to a new home, Depot at Mayfield, which was an abandoned train station within spitting distance of Piccadilly and a cavernous, breathtaking space for partying. Here we give you 5 must-see acts for this season…


MK made his name in the 90s with his tracks ‘Always’, ‘Burning’ and his remix of Nightcrawler’s ‘Push The Feeling On’ before producing tracks with huge stars such as Will Smith, Celine Dion, Pitbull, Snoop Dogg and more.His accolades speak for themselves following his Platinum selling Top 10 hit ’17’ and a UK #1 in 2013 with his remix of Storm Queen – ‘Look Right Through’ and he has also officially remixed the likes of Lana Del Ray, Sam Smith, Duke Dumont, Rudimental and more.

More recently MK has released his collaborative new track with UK duo Gorgon City ’There For You’ aswell asBody 2 Body’, the follow up to his Top 20 hit Back & Forth alongside Becky Hill and Jonas Blue.

London-based producer and 2019 resident for The Warehouse Project, TSHA is quickly emerging as on of the most exciting young artists around. With a sound that’s diverse and intricate, her breakthrough release ‘Sacred’ caught the eye of Bonobo who featured it in his ‘fabric presents’ compilation album, followed by a slew of festival  appearances this summer at All Points East, Lost Village, We Out Here and more. Also counting a monthly Worldwide FM show to her name – as well as a debut One Mix for Beats 1 just last month – TSHA’s music has been supported on the airwaves by peers such as DJ Seinfeld, Elkka and George Fitzgerald, so expect big things to come…

Jaguar is a broadcaster, journalist and DJ. Forming part of the music team at BBC Introducing /and BBC Radio 1, Jaguar also hosts the Mixmag Lab every Friday whilst holding down her own show on Reprezent Radio in London.

Last year, the young DJ caught the eye of supreme selector, The Black Madonna, who mentored her, as part of Smirnoff’s #EqualisingMusic programme. With momentum building she has since played sets across the globe at Lost Village Festival, Glastonbury, Printworks, Dimensions, Leeds Festival and multiple sets for Radio 1 in Ibiza. She is a prominent activist in the LGBTQ+ community celebrating diversity to a worldwide, conscious audience, in an era of cultural awakening and is fast becoming a growing name in breaking new dance music talent.

Patrick Topping

The tyneside producer and DJ Patrick Topping brings his very own ‘Trick’ imprint to WHP this November, showcasing his distinct take on the house & techno landscape. Having won numerous accolades from the the DJ Awards, DJ Mag and reaching #11 in the 2016 RA Top 100 DJs poll, the young selector has since cultivated a mass following and unique sonic identity. His recent single ‘Turbo Time’ was featured as Annie Macs hottest record of the world, and he’s also enjoyed a summer residency at DC-10 at the legendary Paradise event series.
